There was a time when I found myself at a crossroads—a time when anxiety, depression, and an overwhelming sense of being lost had taken over my life. It felt as though there was no way out, no return to the person I once was. Each day was a battle, and the weight of hopelessness threatened to consume me entirely.

But it was in the depths of despair that I found the spark to fight back. I made a choice: to take charge of my life, to heal, and to rebuild from within. This decision took me on a path of self-discovery, one that would not only transform my own life but also pave the way to help hundreds of others do the same.

With over 15 years of experience in healing, I have been fortunate to learn from ancient spiritual masters and modern life coaches, including the The Science of Well-Being course at Yale University. These teachings and experiences led to the creation of The Calm Mind, a practice that integrates the timeless spiritual principles of Eastern philosophy with the evidence-based rigor of Western science.

Today, through The Calm Mind, I am privileged to coach individuals toward finding their own light—helping them conquer fear and anxiety, discover purpose, and embrace happiness. Whether it’s through mindfulness coaching, spiritual coaching and healing , or life coaching, my mission remains the same: to bring people to a place of calm, clarity, and happiness.
